I went through the condition check for my phone and it came back rated worse than I expected. I get that they have their own standards, but it still felt kinda off to me. Not a huge deal, just a little dissapointing.

The phone's been working great so far. The battery holds up well, the screen works fine, and I haven't had any issues with it.

I tried The Whiz Cells because, from the way everything was presented, I kind of assumed it would be a solid deal. But after using it, I didn’t really feel like the value was there. The prices came off a little high for what you actually get. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not something I’d be excited to use again.

I used thewhizcells.com and the checkout process was straightforward. I didn’t have to go through a bunch of extra pages, and the payment steps were clear enough to follow without overthinking it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish there had been a little more info before the final confirmation screen. That feels like a preventable issue, but overall it was quick, simple, and not confusing.

I got one price online, but after I mailed the phone in they came back with a much lower offer. The phone was exactly as I described it, so it felt like a total waste of time. definitely won’t use them again.

They did respond to me, so there’s that. But the refund itself dragged on longer than I expected. I had to follow up again. Kind of annoying, honestly.
